Built back in the early 70s, Rifle Range Flats was once the tallest thing on the island. A lot of the families who grew up in these nine blocks have either moved out or passed on over the years. Tiger Tatt gathered some of these old stories and memories to capture what made living here special.

  • 1:45 PM – Arrival & Introduction Gathering at Rifle Range. Tiger Tatt from Penang Hidden Gems kicks things off with an introduction to the history and background of the flats.
  • 2:00 PM – 3:30 PM – Flat Exploration & Guided Walk Tiger takes over to guide the group through the blocks, corridors, and communal spaces, sharing local stories and community heritage along the way.
  • 3:30 PM – 4:00 PM – Lim Kopi Session Wrap up the walk by sitting down for a cup of local coffee, relaxing alongside the long-time residents and taking in the neighborhood atmosphere.
